All purchases in-store can be returned, subject to the criteria below, for in-store credit only.
To return an item for exchange, online store credit or in-store credit only, first make sure it meets all the criteria - All returns must be made within 14 days (excluding damages). Items over 14 days will be rejected (you may choose to have it shipped back to you at your expense).
All items must have original tags, be unwashed and unworn in its original condition with no stains, defects, holes, no pet hair, no smells. All items are final sale.
Because our items are limited we cannot always offer exchange off the exact item.
Damaged items - inspect your items immediately. You have 3 days (from delivery date) to notify Willow Fly of damaged items. The damaged item must have all tags and be unworn.
Each item is sent photographed to it’s very best to display accurate colors, patterns, etc. Please be aware that various computers and mobile devices have different color displays. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective as each item may be unique in color/pattern.
